Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is shipped. Please contact us or your local carrier for more information about tracking or delays.  We try our best to get shipments out as quickly as possible, however, we cannot control the delivery handling from your local carrier. You are welcome to contact us if there are any delivery issues and we are happy to assist.

We offer a free standard shipping option on domestic orders. If you choose to expedite your shipment to a faster method, please review the expedited shipping rates at checkout. The expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We will properly package your items for shipment, however, if your package arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and contact us.

International Shipping

Currently the international shipping is only available in selected countries. If you cannot select your country in the shipping address section, then it is currently unavailable. Please contact us for inquiries.

All orders normally delivered within 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is shipped, depending on the country and customs process. You can review the shipping rates at checkout. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Custom duties are subject to your local customs, which are not included in the shipping rates. You may need to pay the customs duty upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging for a full refund.

If the product return with missing accessories or damage to the packaging or product, a restocking fee may be applied. Shipping is nonrefundable.

When the return is authorized, we will provide you with a paid return shipping label to ship the product back to us. When we receive the product, we will test and verify if the product is defective. For product return with no defect found, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

The return window will close after 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the return is authorized please return the product back within the return window. If the return is delivered to us within 30 days after the return window has closed, a restocking fee up to 20% of the item's price will be applied. You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is delivered to us more than the 30 days after the return window has closed.

Once we receive the return package, we will issue the refund to you within 1 – 2 business days.
