Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. So far, there are no frequently asked questions available for this product.

Please raise your question below or contact us via the chat box.

  • Is the push button transmitter capable of signalling different lights? e.g 2 pushes causes a different light to illuminate. What is the distance of transmission? Can multiple transmitters be used to send a signal to one pager?

The Push Button Transmitter's default notification for the Receiver is a Green light. If you change the Signal Key which is located on the inside of the Push Button Transmitter, you can change the Signal Keys to make the Push Button Transmitter notify the Receiver with a different colored light. To access the Signal Key, you can find the 4 notches on the side corners of the Push Button Transmitter, use a small flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the front of the Push Button Transmitter. Once the front is off the signal key is the first 4 switches located near the top left of the Transmitter.

The Push Button Transmitter should only be pressed once, pushing the button twice will not provide a different light or different notification.

For the distance of the transmission, the coverage for the Push Button Transmitter is 50-250 m (54-273 yd), depending on radio frequency and building characteristics.

And yes, multiple transmitters can be used to send a signal to one Pager Receiver.
